Kok Tutoring respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected through this website and tutoring services, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information I collect
Information you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number, and details about the student such as grade level, subjects and goals. This comes from emails, texts, consult bookings and session notes.
How it is used
Only to respond to inquiries, schedule and run sessions, send progress updates, and handle payments. I do not sell, rent or trade your information.
Booking and third-party services
Consultations are booked through Cal.com, which collects the details you enter under Cal.com’s own privacy policy. Online sessions and payments may also use third-party providers.
Children’s privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them online. Information about students under 13 is provided by and collected with the consent of a parent or guardian. I collect only what is needed to tutor: the student’s first name, grade level, subjects and goals. Parents may review or ask me to delete their child’s information at any time.
Storage and retention
Information is kept only as long as needed to provide tutoring and meet record-keeping obligations, and is stored with reasonable safeguards.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing me.
Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page.
